Chicken Rice Bake Recipe
Just a easy chicken and rice casserole.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 12 oz package of birdseye garlic baby peas and mushroom
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • pepper and paprika to taste
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, without skin

Directions
  1. In 2-quart shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.
  2. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
  4. Cover and bake at 375° for 60 minutes, or until chicken is done and rice is tender.
