Easy to make jello salad. Perfect for carry-in dinners.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c frozen cherries
  • 1 3/4 c water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 pkg cherry jello
  • 1 large can pineapple
  • 1 c coke, 7-up, or pepsi
  • 1 c chopped pecans (optional)

Directions
  1. Bring to boil: cherries, water, and sugar.
  2. Add jello, pineapple, coke, and nuts (if desired).
  3. Stir until jello is dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
