Ingredients

1 cup - Heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup - sugar

1 tsp. - vanilla extract

Directions

Pour whipping cream into a bowl with the sugar and vanilla extract.

Whip until stiff peaks form.

If you do it by hand it takes a lot of time. I started doing it by hand and my husband suggested I use our mixer. It's so much easier. It didn't take more than a minute once I started it in the mixer.
