This was a favorite of my families at chilis that we would always have to get one and share or our bill was way too high, came up with this recipe to solve that problem!

Ingredients
  • 2 bags chocolate chip cookie mix
  • 2 sticks softened unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • container of vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate syrup
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • whip cream
  • chopped nuts

Directions
  1. Mix cookie mix, butter, eggs and water in a bowl until well combined
  2. spray 9 x 13 cake pan with oil spray
  3. pour in mix and spread evenly in pan
  4. bake about 25 minutes or so, or until center is firm (tastes better undercooked than overcooked!)
  5. allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting into 12 equal squares
  6. put square in a bowl and top with ice cream, chocolate and caramel, whip cream and chopped nuts. mmmm mmmm mmmm mmmm mmmm.
  7. when it is leftover microwave chocolate chip square for 10 or 15 seconds before topping with ice cream!
