California Cheese Soup

- 1 pint water shopping list
- 1 chicken bouillon cube shopping list
- 1/2 c diced celery shopping list
- 1/8 c diced onion shopping list
- 1 1/4 c diced potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 c diced carrots shopping list
- 8 ounces California Blend vegetables shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 lb Velvetta, cubed shopping list
How to make it
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add bouillon cube and vegetables.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until all vegetables are tender (about 30 min).
- Stir in soup and cheese.
- Cook until soup is heated through and the cheese is melted.
