Zesty Potato Salad

- 2 pounds red skinned potatoes cut into cubes, cooked, drained and cooled shopping list
- 1/4 cup instant dry milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 cups green bean pieces shopping list
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry milk, water, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl until well mixed.
- Combine potatoes, green beans, bell pepper and onions in large bowl then add milk dressing and toss well to coat.
- Serve immediately over lettuce leaves.
