Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix flour, soy sause, egg's, dryed fish powder, water, in a bowl.
  • Then put this into a takoyaki maker to the top of each bowl add fryed flour and 1 peace of Octopus after it cooks for about 1 minet you use a long tooth pick or ice pick to turn then in the cooker. Do this for about 3 minets or untill they become light brown.
  • My wife isn't so sure on how much of each but the inside will only be some what cooked when done and the outside will be like a omlet.
This is a portable Takoyaki maker   Close
it uses a small can of gas   Close
We normaly have one that hooks to the gas line in your house but if you don't have a shop it's allot of money for one   Close

I found some recipes elsewhere that called for naigamo. You might want to go online and find some other recipes for this dish and then watch your wife make it. The other recipes might help you estimate how much of what she is using. :)

What are the specific amounts for all the ingredients? That would help. Looks good though.
