Ingredients
  • 1. Flour
  • 2. Dryed fish soup
  • 3. Octopus
  • 4. Soy sause
  • 5. Egg
  • 6. fried flour
  • 7. dryed fish powder.
  • 8. water
  • 9. mayonnaise
  • 10. Thick Tacoyaki sause.

Directions
  1. Mix flour, soy sause, egg's, dryed fish powder, water, in a bowl.
  2. Then put this into a takoyaki maker to the top of each bowl add fryed flour and 1 peace of Octopus after it cooks for about 1 minet you use a long tooth pick or ice pick to turn then in the cooker. Do this for about 3 minets or untill they become light brown.
  3. My wife isn't so sure on how much of each but the inside will only be some what cooked when done and the outside will be like a omlet.

What are the specific amounts for all the ingredients? That would help. Looks good though.


My wife is being real strang about whats in it she told me she makes it by eye. ;| I'll have her make it again and try and get all the ingredients for it and how much.


Just a note this is very simaler to the Okonomiyaki recipe except no cabbage and meat other then Octopus or in Japanese (TAKO) this means octopus in Japanese.
