This is a very yummy and traditional dessert.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 lb wide egg noodles
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Boil the noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. Pour half the melted butter into your pan and swirl to coat the bottom and sides.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar all over the bottom and then layer the pecans on top.
  4. Mix eggs, remaining butter, cinammon, salt and sugar and then add noodles. Mix well and pour into pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F or until golden. Serve at room temperature.
