How to make it

  • Boil the noodles according to package directions and drain.
  • Pour half the melted butter into your pan and swirl to coat the bottom and sides.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar all over the bottom and then layer the pecans on top.
  • Mix eggs, remaining butter, cinammon, salt and sugar and then add noodles. Mix well and pour into pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350 F or until golden. Serve at room temperature.
