Great little hot artichoke dip. Can be made ahead and baked later. Ym-m-m!

Ingredients
  • 1 can artichoke hearts(chopped coarsley)
  • 1c. mayonaisse
  • 1c parmesan cheese,fresh grated
  • tobasco/salt to taste
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Mix all together except paprika. Put in a dish to bake,put paprika on top.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

This remains one of my favorite appetizers - it is absolutely addictive. I've never added a shot of tabasco, but will definitely try that next time...such a simple recipe, and I've never seen any leftovers wherever it is served!


I like it very much, but what do you mean with tobaco? what's that?
