Black Kats Creamed Cabbage with Pancetta

A nice warm cabbage dish with a slightly different take. Hope you like it
Ingredients
- small cabbage sliced very thin shopping list
- 1 celery root sliced thin and frenched shopping list
- 2 carrots scrubbed and use veggie peeler to shave shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups pancetta cut in small pieces shopping list
- 1-2 cups heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Blanche savoy cabbage celeraic and carrots
- drain , put in ice bath , remove drain and refrigerate
- saute the pancetta or bacon
- add cabbage mixture
- flavor
- saute lightly
- add heavy cream
- mix and serve hot, sort of mounded`
- sprinkling extra crispy pancetta on top
