Chocolate Cake with Cinnamon and Coconut Ice-cream

- For the cake: shopping list
- 100 g grated hazelnut shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 200 g chocolate (60-65% cocoa) shopping list
- 100 g butter, and 10 g for the form shopping list
- 2 g cinnamon shopping list
- 150 g sugar shopping list
- 20 g corn starch shopping list
- 10 g flour for the form shopping list
- For the coconut ice-cream: shopping list
- 3 egg yolk shopping list
- 100 g sugar shopping list
- 10 g vanilla shopping list
- 250 ml coconut milk shopping list
- 200 ml cream shopping list
- coconut flakes shopping list
How to make it
- For the cake:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt chocolate over over steam, remove and add butter. As soon as it is mixed well add egg yolks.
- Beat egg white, add sugar and stir in the chocolate mixture.
- Add hazelnut and corn starch.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- For the ice cream:
- Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla until frothy. Add coconut milk while stirring constantly.
- Whip the cream until almost stiff.
- Combine with whipping cream and pour into the ice cream maker.
- Add roasted coconut flakes to the mixture halfway through the preparation time.
Stiring in grated hazelnut.
