- 3 Hearts of Romain washed and spun dry (thinly sliced) shopping list
- 1 Large red onion (diced) shopping list
- 1 English seedless cucumber (cut legnthwise and thinly sliced) shopping list
- 1 can Chick peas (Garbonzo beans) drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can Cannelini beans drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 jar Sun Dried tomatos in oil (thinly sliced) (optional) shopping list
- 1 package feta cheese shopping list
- olive oil (to dress salad) to taste shopping list
- lemon juice (to dress salad) to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, toss together. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice. It is very refreshing, filling and healthy. Enjoy!
