Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix flaked salmon, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juiced, salt and pepper.
  • Shape into 4 to 6 patties and pan fry in olive oil about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
  • Sauce
  • Melt butter in sauce pan.
  • Stir in flour, and add milk and seasonings.
  • Heat and cook peas and add to sauce.
  • Pour over salmon patties and enjoy!
  • (Do not boil, do on medium to low heat.)

    Been thinking of this recipe for months now. I will let you know how it turns out. My mom used to make this when I was a kid.

    Great sides, I have a side dish that would go great with this you made me remember, I'm sure I've posted it, it was one of my moms too, it is brussels sprouts with dried fruit.

    This sounds tasty, I've made salmon patties but never had a sauce to put on top so this will be new, what do you remember your mom serving this dish with? maybe mashed potatoes?
