Salmon Patties With Cream Sauce

- 1can of Red Sockeye salmon (bones removed) and flaked. shopping list
- 1 egg. shopping list
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs. shopping list
- 1/2 lemon. shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper. shopping list
- olive oil. shopping list
- white sauce (betty Crockers). shopping list
- 2 tbsps. butter. shopping list
- 2 tbsps. flour. shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk. shopping list
- Dash salt & pepper. shopping list
- 1 4 0z. can green peas. shopping list
- SIdes - Aasparagus tips sauteed in butter with bacon and onion. shopping list
- Or French style green beans done the same way. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flaked salmon, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juiced, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 4 to 6 patties and pan fry in olive oil about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- Sauce
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Stir in flour, and add milk and seasonings.
- Heat and cook peas and add to sauce.
- Pour over salmon patties and enjoy!
- (Do not boil, do on medium to low heat.)
