Pineapple Sheet Cake 2

Another delicious, moist pineapple sheet cake.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 5 oz evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet 11x17
- Mix sugar, flour and baking soda
- Add eggs, oil and pineapple
- Pour onto sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes
- Remove from oven and cool on rack
- TOPPING
- Combine milk, margarine and sugar in saucepan
- Boil for 5 or 6 minutes stirring constantly
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut, nuts and vanilla
- Spread over cooled cake
