Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

- 1can of blueberry pie filling shopping list
- 2 pre-made graham cracker crusts shopping list
- ICE CREAM: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Bake pie crusts at 375 for 5 min
- Crumble up and set aside
- In a large bowl, whisk the ice cream ingredients.
- Add to ice cream freezer accourding to mfg. instruction.
- Add crumbled crust and pie filling in the last 2 or 3 minute of mixing time.
- Freeze.
