Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour

3/4 cup maple syrup

10 oz beer at room temperature (a bottle less a bit)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients, Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375ºF for

45-50 minutes.

Brush maple syrup onto the top of the bread after it has cooled for extra sweetness and glaze.
