Turkey Chili Over Pasta

- 1 lb. lean ground turkey shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves chopped (or Trader Joe's frozen garlic cubes) shopping list
- oilve oil shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- some chili powder shopping list
- some cinnamon shopping list
- pinch cumin shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) can RO*TEL Mexican lime and cilantro tomatoes shopping list
- water shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- mini semisweet chocolate chips (yes, I said CHOCOLATE) shopping list
- 1 box thin spaghetti shopping list
- shredded cheese shopping list
- beer shopping list
How to make it
- Brown turkey in a bit of oil.
- Add chopped onion.
- Add garlic.
- Add some chili powder.
- Add some cinnamon.
- Add RO*TEL tomatoes and half a can of water (you don't wanna miss the good stuff).
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes (go take a shower).
- Boil water for pasta.
- Cook pasta.
- Remove chili from heat .
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Stir in about 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Divide the pasta and serve chili over pasta.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Serve with beer.
- It's better left over, but there are rarely leftovers!
