How to make it

  • Brown turkey in a bit of oil.
  • Add chopped onion.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add some chili powder.
  • Add some cinnamon.
  • Add RO*TEL tomatoes and half a can of water (you don't wanna miss the good stuff).
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes (go take a shower).
  • Boil water for pasta.
  • Cook pasta.
  • Remove chili from heat .
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Stir in about 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
  • Divide the pasta and serve chili over pasta.
  • Top with shredded cheese.

Gemma, this looks really good and flavorful! I too put chocolate in my chili, but haven't used turkey yet. This reminds me somewhat of cincinatti chili.

I usually use whole wheat, thin spaghetti, and break it in half before cooking (this makes husbands VERY happy).
