Nutty Covered Waffles

These are incredible. We love them and hope you do too.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 egg yolks beaten shopping list
- 3 egg whites beaten until stiff shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups milk shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together in medium bowl.
- Mix beaten egg yolks, milk and butter then add to dry ingredients.
- Stir lightly until mixed then bake in a hot waffle iron.
- Sprinkle nuts over top and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
