Bacon Cheddar Chive Muffins

- 6 slices thick cut bacon shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons white sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 4 teaspoons dried chives shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place bacon in a large deep skillet then cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
- Drain and crumble then set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400 then lightly grease muffin pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, chives, parmesan, cheddar and bacon.
- Combine egg, milk, soup and oil then mix into dry ingredients and stir together just to moisten.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
