How to make it

  • Place bacon in a large deep skillet then cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
  • Drain and crumble then set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 400 then lightly grease muffin pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, chives, parmesan, cheddar and bacon.
  • Combine egg, milk, soup and oil then mix into dry ingredients and stir together just to moisten.
  • Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
