How to make it

  • Heat a large frying pan over high heat.
  • Brush the steaks with vegetable oil and cook for 4 - 5 minutes on each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
  • Set aside and keep warm.
  • Reduce the heat to low.
  • Add the garlic, peanut butter, coconut milk and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute or until warmed through.
  • Slice the steaks, serve with the bok choy and beans and spoon over the peanut sauce.
