Peanut Beef With Bok Choy And Beans Recipe
Lean beef steaks with a delicious satay like peanut and coconut sauce. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious

Ingredients
  • 4 sirloin steaks
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 bunches bok choy, quartered and blanched
  • 200g green beans, trimmed and blanched

Directions
  1. Heat a large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Brush the steaks with vegetable oil and cook for 4 - 5 minutes on each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Set aside and keep warm.
  4. Reduce the heat to low.
  5. Add the garlic, peanut butter, coconut milk and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute or until warmed through.
  6. Slice the steaks, serve with the bok choy and beans and spoon over the peanut sauce.
