ideal for a romantic dinner,served with garlic rolls or if you are a seafood lover like me,a light lunch would do

Ingredients
- 500g king prawns,washed and deveined.leave shell,slit through centre
- splash of lemon juice
- mixed herbs
- 1-2tspn tandoori spice or crushed dry red chillies
- salt to taste
- black pepper
- a dash of ketchup or peri peri sauce
- 2 tblspn melted butter
- 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
Directions
- marinate prawns with all ingredients except butter
- put prawns on oven tray
- grill
- brushing prawns with butter while its getting grilled
- njoy!
