How to make it

  • Cut the kiwi fruit into 4 slices each, after peeling. Reserve.
  • Lay out the wraps on work surface.
  • If preparing by hand, grate the cucumber into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Add cream cheese, honey mustard dressing, Italian Seasoning, and salt/pepper to taste.
  • Micro-cook for two minutes on medium.
  • Stir to thoroughly combine ingredients.
  • Divide mixture evenly between the wraps.
  • Spread mixture onto the wraps, try not to get too near the edges.
  • Place two slices of kiwi fruit onto each wrap and roll up burrito-style, allowing space between fruit slices for cutting each wrap in two.
  • If not serving immediately, cover, as wraps tend to dry out.
