How to make it

  • SEASON salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350°F. for 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • BLEND broth, balsamic vinegar, cornstarch, orange juice, brown sugar and orange peel in medium saucepan.
  • Cook and stir over high heat until mixture boils and thickens; boil for 1 min.
  • ARRANGE salmon on serving platter; garnish with orange slices. Serve with citrus sauce.
