How to make it

  • Beat eggs well.
  • Add sugar and beat for 5 min.
  • Add eagle brand milk & vanilla and beat well.
  • Add the snow and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
  • Allow to ripen in freezer.

    when I was a little girl we had a neighbor who always made a snow pudding as soon as there was fresh snow. We've had a lot of that lately, so maybe I'll try this recipe. Thanks!

    I LOOOVE snow cream. Problem is...we hardly get any snow. You should see me trying to scrape the top off of any snow on flat surfaces, lol. BTW, we just do snow, sugar, and milk, lol. We don't try to freeze it - just make small portions and eat it right away!
