This recipe is dedicated to everyone that is still receiving snow in April. It is a fun recipe for the kids and a great snow day treat/activity. If it continues to snow here and we have enough for me to make this recipe with the kids ...well, you ... More

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 & 1/4c. sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1t. vanilla
- 6-8 qts of fresh snow (very important: it MUST be white snow! :o)
Directions
- Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar and beat for 5 min.
- Add eagle brand milk & vanilla and beat well.
- Add the snow and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
- Allow to ripen in freezer.

I LOOOVE snow cream. Problem is...we hardly get any snow. You should see me trying to scrape the top off of any snow on flat surfaces, lol. BTW, we just do snow, sugar, and milk, lol. We don't try to freeze it - just make small portions and eat it right away!

When I was a little girl we had a neighbor who always made a snow pudding as soon as there was fresh snow. We've had a lot of that lately, so maybe I'll try this recipe. Thanks!
