Japanese Fruit Pie Recipe

Ingredients

3 Eggs, Well Beaten

1 Cup - Granulated Sugar

1 Stick (1/2 Cup) - Unsalted Butter

1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup - Raisins

1/2 Cup - Chopped Nuts (Your choice)

1/2 Cup - Shredded Coconut

1 Teaspoon - Pure Vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'.

Mix ingredients in ORDER GIVEN and pour into unbaked 9" pie shell.

Bake at 350' for 40 to 45 minutes!!

That's it!! Simple and Easy!!!

Note: Why this is called Japanese I have no clue!! :-)
