Japanese Fruit Pie Recipe
One of the simplest pie recipes I have ran across! This recipe is courtesy of Hazel S. of Arkansas. She won 1st place in a dessert contest with this little gem!! Try it, you will like it!!

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs, Well Beaten
  • 1 Cup - Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) - Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup - Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup - Chopped Nuts (Your choice)
  • 1/2 Cup - Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Teaspoon - Pure Vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350'.
  2. Mix ingredients in ORDER GIVEN and pour into unbaked 9" pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350' for 40 to 45 minutes!!
  4. That's it!! Simple and Easy!!!
  5. Note: Why this is called Japanese I have no clue!! :-)
