Steak With Red Wine Sauce Recipe
Has alll the portein of high-fat cust, it is rich in iorn, zinc, and several key b vitamins. It goes great with my cheesy potatoes. Be careful not to overcook it.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs. thick beef flank steak, trimmed of fat
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 med. shallot minced
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine

Directions
  1. Rub steak with tarragon and 1/4 tsp salt to season both sides.
  2. Heat a 12 inch skillet on medium-high.
  3. Add 1 Tbs oil and steak; cook 10-12 min for medium, or unitl desifed doneness, turning over once.
  4. Transfer steak to cutting board and slice in thin strips.
  5. In same skillet add shallot and cook one minute, stiffing occationally.
  6. Add wine and heat to boiling.
  7. Boil 2 min or until reduced to 1/3cup.
  8. Top sliced steak with red wine sauce.
