Broccoli With Almonds And Hot Pepper Recipe
Adapted from The Sonoma Diet Unusual combo, but great.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions
  1. In large skillet cook broccoli and garlic in hot oil over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until boccoli is crisp and tender.
  2. Stir in lemon juice. Sprinkle with almonds, crudhed red pepper, and kosher salt; toss to combine.
