How to make it

  • Grill chicken and chop
  • thinly slice green onion
  • mix onion, chicken, zest of one lime, fresh lime juice
  • salt and red pepper flake to taste
  • favorite hot sauce to taste
  • mix all ingredients in bowl allow flavors to meld about one hour
  • lay out wonton skins, wet edges with pastry brush and water
  • approx one tbls spoon of chicken mixture per wonton
  • fold and seal with fork
  • freeze unsed portions
  • six perserving
  • Deep Fry in any oil with a high smoke point

    you deep fry them and serve a sauce on the side, we use Conch Cruiser from Peppers of Key West.

    Please forgive me for asking, what do you do with these after pulling them from the freezer? Do you bake or deep fry or just simply fry? They sound delicious and I would like to try them. Please respond.
