- 1 chicken breast or 1/2 lbs of thigh meat shopping list
- green onion shopping list
- lime zest shopping list
- lime jiuce shopping list
- cilantro shopping list
- salt shopping list
- red pepper flakes shopping list
- hot sauce shopping list
- wonton skins shopping list
How to make it
- Grill chicken and chop
- thinly slice green onion
- mix onion, chicken, zest of one lime, fresh lime juice
- salt and red pepper flake to taste
- favorite hot sauce to taste
- mix all ingredients in bowl allow flavors to meld about one hour
- lay out wonton skins, wet edges with pastry brush and water
- approx one tbls spoon of chicken mixture per wonton
- fold and seal with fork
- freeze unsed portions
- six perserving
- Deep Fry in any oil with a high smoke point
