This if from the box top of GREAT LAKES International trading company. I had bought Pine Nuts and this recipe was on the inside cover. i thought it sounded interesting and I will grill mine as soon as it gets a wee bit warmer.

Ingredients
- 6 Tbs ready-to-eat Dried Apricots diced
- 2 Tbs Ready-to-eat Dried tomatoes diced
- 2 Tbs Ready-to-eat Dried Peppers diced
- 2 Tbs Pignolias
- the above can be purchased at your super market from Great Lakes
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- Dash of meat seasoning
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with meat and mix well
- Form into 4 patties
- Cook on grill 1 1/2 minutes each side

These burgers sound yummy but I think I'll use Chilgoza Pine nuts from the western Himalayas.
