- 4 tblspn butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tspn vanilla ess shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 ml salt shopping list
- 2 tspn baking powd shopping list
- 500ml or more thick hot custard shopping list
- roasted coconut shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter,beat in eggs and sugar
- add essence
- sift in flour salt and baking pwd to form soft biscuit dough
- divide into 6,roll into thin rounds
- bake at 180 degrees til light brown
- layer rounds with custard(custard can be tinted),the tops and sides
- sprinkle with coconut
- p.s.best made day before,clingwrap or use foil as custard will dry when left open in fridge
