Ingredients

How to make it

  • melt butter,beat in eggs and sugar
  • add essence
  • sift in flour salt and baking pwd to form soft biscuit dough
  • divide into 6,roll into thin rounds
  • bake at 180 degrees til light brown
  • layer rounds with custard(custard can be tinted),the tops and sides
  • sprinkle with coconut
  • p.s.best made day before,clingwrap or use foil as custard will dry when left open in fridge
