How to make it

  • Find a large jar with a tight fitting lid to use as a shaker.
  • Put all the ingredients in the jar and shake until well mixed (this may take a few minutes but it's great upper-arm exercise!).
  • Open and taste!
  • You may alter the ingredients to your own taste, e.g., more or less lemon, soy, garlic, sugar, etc.

    YUM!! Reminds me of the dressing I had at a French bistro in downtown T.O... I miss that place!
