Caesar-like Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

12 large wooden mixing spoons of mayonaisse

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp garlic granules or powder

4 Tbsp lemon juice

4 Tbsp soy sauce

4 Tbsp veg oil (do not use olive oil)

Directions

Find a large jar with a tight fitting lid to use as a shaker.

Put all the ingredients in the jar and shake until well mixed (this may take a few minutes but it's great upper-arm exercise!).

Open and taste!

You may alter the ingredients to your own taste, e.g., more or less lemon, soy, garlic, sugar, etc.
