This is a great-tasting salad dressing that can also be used as a glaze for broiled or grilled chicken breasts. Good as a dressing in wraps, too!

Ingredients
  • 12 large wooden mixing spoons of mayonaisse
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp garlic granules or powder
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp veg oil (do not use olive oil)

Directions
  1. Find a large jar with a tight fitting lid to use as a shaker.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the jar and shake until well mixed (this may take a few minutes but it's great upper-arm exercise!).
  3. Open and taste!
  4. You may alter the ingredients to your own taste, e.g., more or less lemon, soy, garlic, sugar, etc.
