butter cookies

- Serves 1
ideal for birthdays,showers,parties,etc
Ingredients
- 500g butter shopping list
- 2 cups icing sugar shopping list
- 2 cups cornflour shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- enough flour to make soft biscuit dough shopping list
- and essence,any will do shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter and icing sugar
- add cornflour and yolks,mix well
- add essence
- then flour
- roll and cut with cookie cutter
- place on baking sheet
- bake at 180 degrees till golden at the bottom
- remove,cool and decorate
- p.s. chopped nuts,cherries,chocolate,coconut,cocoa or rice krispies can be added to mixture
