Peachy Cheese French Toast

- 16 ounce package frozen sliced peaches thawed shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 whole loaf French bread shopping list
- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 cups corn flakes cereal crushed shopping list
- butter for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Cook peach slices in medium saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
- Set aside and keep warm.
- Beat cheeses in medium mixing bowl at low speed of electric mixer until blended.
- Stir in apricot preserves.
- Cut bread into thick slices.
- Make horizontal pocket in bread slice and spoon 3 tablespoons cheese into each pocket.
- Combine eggs, whipping cream and salt in medium mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed until blended.
- Dip each bread slice in egg mixture and dredge in crushed cereal.
- Cook bread slices in butter in large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately with warm peach slices.

Well, my son and I have just instituted French Toast day in our house. I tried to get 3 TBS. into each piece of bread and I couldn't. The most that I could get in there was 1 TBS. I think that I may have cut the bread too thick as well. I had to use ...more
