Peachy Cheese French Toast Recipe
This is without a doubt one of my favorite French toast recipes. It is bursting with cheesy and fruity flavors. This is very pretty but tastes ever better. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce package frozen sliced peaches thawed
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 whole loaf French bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups corn flakes cereal crushed
  • Butter for frying

Directions
  1. Cook peach slices in medium saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  2. Set aside and keep warm.
  3. Beat cheeses in medium mixing bowl at low speed of electric mixer until blended.
  4. Stir in apricot preserves.
  5. Cut bread into thick slices.
  6. Make horizontal pocket in bread slice and spoon 3 tablespoons cheese into each pocket.
  7. Combine eggs, whipping cream and salt in medium mixing bowl.
  8. Beat at low speed until blended.
  9. Dip each bread slice in egg mixture and dredge in crushed cereal.
  10. Cook bread slices in butter in large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side.
  11. Serve immediately with warm peach slices.
