Easy one pan swedish meatballs
Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS: shopping list
- • Meatballs: shopping list
- • 2 lbs ground turkey shopping list
- • 1 egg shopping list
- • 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- • 2 tbl worcestershire sauce shopping list
- • 1 tbl soy sauce shopping list
- • 1 tbl minced garlic or granulated garlic shopping list
- • 1 tbl Powered onion shopping list
- • 2 tbl parsley (fresh or dry) shopping list
- • Sauce: (**this varies on amount if you like lots of sauce then mix in 2 cans of mushroom soup) shopping list
- • 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- • 1 can of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- • 1 C skimmed milk shopping list
How to make it
- PREPARATION:
- Mix all meatball ingredients together. Roll into small balls and place in frying pan and cook until browned. When meatballs are browned, mix in the sauce ingredients all in the same pan (add more milk if needed). Mix gently together let simmer until sauce thickens and all mixed together.
- **Recommend serving on white sticky rice.
