Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

• Meatballs:

• 2 lbs ground turkey

• 1 egg

• 1/4 cup ketchup

• 2 tbl Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tbl soy sauce

• 1 tbl minced garlic or granulated garlic

• 1 tbl Powered Onion

• 2 tbl parsley (fresh or dry)

• Sauce: (**this varies on amount if you like lots of sauce then mix in 2 cans of mushroom soup)

• 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

• 1 can of cream of chicken soup

• 1 C skimmed milk

Directions

PREPARATION:

Mix all meatball ingredients together. Roll into small balls and place in frying pan and cook until browned. When meatballs are browned, mix in the sauce ingredients all in the same pan (add more milk if needed). Mix gently together let simmer until sauce thickens and all mixed together.

**Recommend serving on white sticky rice.
