How to make it

  • Remove all excess fat from pork cut against the grain into thin 1 long
  • strips.
  • Mix pork with marinade ingredients and set aside.
  • Drain mushrooms
  • chop onions
  • shred cabbage
  • Heat 2 tablesppons of the vegetable oil in a wok or large fry pan over high heat.
  • Beat eggs when the oil is very hot pour in the bowl
  • Add 3 more tablespoons oil to pan
  • Add onion and brown for a few seconds
  • Add pork
  • cook and stir for about 3 minutes until the meat changes color and is cooked through
  • Add cabbage mushrooms and scrambled eggs Cook and stir about 30 seconds
  • Add soy sauce salt sugar and sesame oil cook and stir about 1 minute
  • For best resuts serve immediately before the dish becomes too juicy If there is too much liquid reheat quikly over high heat and add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water to liquid in center of pan stir a few times until liquid is thickened

    just use a pack of pork and just use the and the only thing that goes in the marinade is soy sauce water sugar cornstarch and what ever else I put

    water/sherry
    sugar

    Or more of the rest of ingredients?
