Ingredients
  • 1 tablesppin soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water(or cooking sherry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 21/2 ounce can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon seame oil

Directions
  1. Remove all excess fat from pork cut against the grain into thin 1 long
  2. strips.
  3. Mix pork with marinade ingredients and set aside.
  4. Drain mushrooms
  5. chop onions
  6. shred cabbage
  7. Heat 2 tablesppons of the vegetable oil in a wok or large fry pan over high heat.
  8. Beat eggs when the oil is very hot pour in the bowl
  9. Add 3 more tablespoons oil to pan
  10. Add onion and brown for a few seconds
  11. Add pork
  12. cook and stir for about 3 minutes until the meat changes color and is cooked through
  13. Add cabbage mushrooms and scrambled eggs Cook and stir about 30 seconds
  14. Add soy sauce salt sugar and sesame oil cook and stir about 1 minute
  15. For best resuts serve immediately before the dish becomes too juicy If there is too much liquid reheat quikly over high heat and add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water to liquid in center of pan stir a few times until liquid is thickened

Mmm, I love mu shu. How much pork? And what do you use as a wrap?


What goes in the marinade just?
soy sauce
water/sherry
sugar
cornstarch
Or more of the rest of ingredients?
Also how much pork do you recommend?


Just use a pack of pork and just use the and the only thing that goes in the marinade is soy sauce water sugar cornstarch and what ever else I put
