Ingredients

1 tablesppin soy sauce

1 tablespoon water(or cooking sherry)

1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

21/2 ounce can sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons chopped onion

2 cups shredded cabbage

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 eggs

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon seame oil

Directions

Remove all excess fat from pork cut against the grain into thin 1 long

strips.

Mix pork with marinade ingredients and set aside.

Drain mushrooms

chop onions

shred cabbage

Heat 2 tablesppons of the vegetable oil in a wok or large fry pan over high heat.

Beat eggs when the oil is very hot pour in the bowl

Add 3 more tablespoons oil to pan

Add onion and brown for a few seconds

Add pork

cook and stir for about 3 minutes until the meat changes color and is cooked through

Add cabbage mushrooms and scrambled eggs Cook and stir about 30 seconds

Add soy sauce salt sugar and sesame oil cook and stir about 1 minute

For best resuts serve immediately before the dish becomes too juicy If there is too much liquid reheat quikly over high heat and add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water to liquid in center of pan stir a few times until liquid is thickened
