Mu shu pork

- 1 tablesppin soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water(or cooking sherry) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 21/2 ounce can sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cabbage shopping list
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon seame oil shopping list
How to make it
- Remove all excess fat from pork cut against the grain into thin 1 long
- strips.
- Mix pork with marinade ingredients and set aside.
- Drain mushrooms
- chop onions
- shred cabbage
- Heat 2 tablesppons of the vegetable oil in a wok or large fry pan over high heat.
- Beat eggs when the oil is very hot pour in the bowl
- Add 3 more tablespoons oil to pan
- Add onion and brown for a few seconds
- Add pork
- cook and stir for about 3 minutes until the meat changes color and is cooked through
- Add cabbage mushrooms and scrambled eggs Cook and stir about 30 seconds
- Add soy sauce salt sugar and sesame oil cook and stir about 1 minute
- For best resuts serve immediately before the dish becomes too juicy If there is too much liquid reheat quikly over high heat and add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water to liquid in center of pan stir a few times until liquid is thickened
