Very Creamy Smoked Salmon Quiche

- 9" piecrust shopping list
- 8 ounces smoked sockeye salmon shopping list
- 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place smoked salmon evenly over bottom of piecrust.
- Top salmon with cheese.
- In medium bowl blend whipping cream, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour this mixture over cheese making sure to cover all of the cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes until quiche is puffed and lightly browned.
