How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Place smoked salmon evenly over bottom of piecrust.
  • Top salmon with cheese.
  • In medium bowl blend whipping cream, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Pour this mixture over cheese making sure to cover all of the cheese.
  • Bake 45 minutes until quiche is puffed and lightly browned.
