Chicken tostada Salad with salsa verde

- 4 8 inch flour tortillas shopping list
- 3/4 cup coarsely shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 1 bag shredded lettuce shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup green salsa shopping list
- kosher salt and ground pepper shopping list
- 1 large tomato, diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 395 degrees. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and evenly cover with the shredded cheese. bake until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crunchy, about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to serving plates.
- In a large bowl, toss together shredded lettuce, chicken, and cilantro. Add the salsa. Season with salt and pepper. spoon salad evenly over the warm tortillas. garnish with tomato and sour cream.
- Serve immediately
