- 3 cups frozen peas cooked shopping list
- 1/4 cup liquid from peas shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Dash ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 cups canned beef bouillon shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups dry sherry shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Using electric blender puree peas with liquid until very smooth.
- Heat pea puree in medium saucepan then add butter, salt and pepper.
- Stir until butter melts.
- Add bouillon and sherry then heat just to boiling point.
- Ladle soup into serving cups and top with plain whipped cream.
- If desired quickly place cups under the broiler to lightly brown the cream.
