Chicken Noodle Soup with a mild kick and good with cornbread.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 medium ONION, thinly sliced
  • 12 pre-peeled BABY CARROTS, diced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can fat free/low sodium CHICKEN BROTH + 1/2 can water
  • 1 (6 oz.) package FAJITA CHICKEN CHICKEN STRIPS, diced
  • Dash of GARLIC POWDER
  • 3/4 Cup EGG NOODLES

Directions
  1. Thinly slice 1/2 onion
  2. Dice 12 baby carrots
  3. Chop fajita chicken strips
  4. Add chicken broth to sauce pan
  5. Add onions, carrots,chopped fajita chicken, & garlic powder to pan
  6. Simmer for about 5 minutes
  7. Add 3/4 cup of noodles
  8. Simmer about 15 minutes or until noodles are done
  9. Enjoy.
