Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine Flour and Brown Sugar in a large bowl.
  • Slowly add butter, using a fork to break it up and mix it in. Add just enough butter to achieve a crumb-like consistency. Set this aside.
  • Separate each biscuit into two halves putting each half in its own cup in a large muffin tin.
  • Use your fingers to create a mini pie crust with each biscuit half.
  • Fill each cup with about 1 & 1/2 tbsp of pie filling.
  • Top each mini pie with the Flour/ Sugar/ Butter crumb topping.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  • It's best to use a pair of tongs to remove these from the pan, I had no problem with them sticking, as I use a non-stick pan, there was no need to butter the pan.
