Mediterranean Mushrooms

- 1-1/2 pounds porcini mushrooms shopping list
- 3 tablespoons bacon grease shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced shopping list
- juice and zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- 4 tablespoons parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Slice mushrooms into 3/4" thick slices.
- Heat fat in sauté pan until smoking.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes then add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.
- Add lemon juice, zest and parsley then season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
