Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. (50 ml) dark Mexican chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) ground Colombian coffee
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) kosher salt
  • 1 lb. (500 g) New York striploin

Directions
  1. Preheat a cast iron or grill pan for three to four minutes on medium-high.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the steaks all over with spice mix and let sit for five minutes.
  4. Put the steak in the hot, dry pan and grill about five minutes per side or until medium-rare.
  5. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with spicy broccolini and sweet potato fries.
