Nut- Crusted Mashed Potato

- Nut-Crusted Mashed potato shopping list
- Makes 12 croquets shopping list
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 400 grams potato, peeled shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 pc egg, beaten shopping list
- 2 tbsp japanese bread crumbs combine with shopping list
- 3 tbsp cashew nuts, chopped shopping list
- 1 oil oil shopping list
- For Sauces shopping list
- 2 tbsp honey shopping list
- 4 tbsp red bell pepper,concasse,minced/ or use canned pimiento shopping list
- 1 small red chili, seeded and minced shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potato until soft and can easily be mash.
- Mash potato and add cheese, mix until well combined.
- Take a spoonful of mashed potato, dredge with flour, dip in egg, roll in mixture of breadcrumbs & nuts, and deep fry in hot oil.
- When browned, remove in oil and pat dry in paper towels. Do the same with other croquets.
- For sauce just mix all ingredients thoroughly and let rest in chiller for at least 20min to blend flavors. If you want less spicyness, lessen the amount of red chili.
