Healthy Apple Oatmeal Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups instant oats shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 cup applesauce shopping list
- 2/3 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped apple shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients, add remaining. Batter should be lumpy.
- Fill greased (I use cooking spray) muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
