How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Put cream cheese in mixer or Cuisinart and whip.
  • Add eggs one at a time, allowing each one to blend before adding the next.
  • Lower speed and add sour cream, onions (raw, sauteed, or softened in microwave) and diced salmon.
  • Place in spring form pan and bake for about an hour.
  • Garnish with smoked salmon roses with a sprig of parsley tucked under each rose.
