How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Blend cheese and butter in mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add flour and salt and mix well.
  • Roll dough out until it is approx 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut dough into 2 inch squares.
  • Wrap an olive in each square, making sure to seal the seams.
  • Bake on cookie sheet (can be lined with foil for EASY clean up) for 15 minutes.
  • **Check after 10 minutes to make sure they don't burn**
  • Serve as appetizer with Ranch dressing (if desired).
