These appetizers are easy to make and they are super delicious. Every time I make them my guests ask for the recipe. They are mouth-watering!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 jar pimento stuffed green olives
  • salt to taste (it doesn't need much)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Blend cheese and butter in mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add flour and salt and mix well.
  4. Roll dough out until it is approx 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut dough into 2 inch squares.
  6. Wrap an olive in each square, making sure to seal the seams.
  7. Bake on cookie sheet (can be lined with foil for EASY clean up) for 15 minutes.
  8. **Check after 10 minutes to make sure they don't burn**
  9. Serve as appetizer with Ranch dressing (if desired).
