How to make it

  • Believe it or not, I threw in one FROZEN pork loin and the rest of the ingredients. Turned the crock pot on low. Put the lid on, walked out the front door and came home to a fork tender pork roast that was so good I didn't even want to wait to put it on a plate.
  • One caveat - the pork loin was VERY spicy - probably too spicy for most people. I would probably use only HALF the can of chipotles in adobo and maybe only a quarter if you can't handle much spice at all. But do use the sauce - that's what gives it the smokey flavor!)
