Tuna Pate

This is a great spread for a party..I make it every New Years Eve
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 2 tbsp chili sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp instant minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 tsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 2 7 oz cans tuna packed in water, drained( preferably solid white) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and tabasco
- Gradually stir in tuna and mix until well blended
- pack in greased 4 cup mold or small bowl
- Chill at least 3 hours
- At serving time unmold on serving plate and surround with assorted crackers
