This is a great spread for a party..I make it every New Years Eve

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese,softened
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp instant minced onion
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 2 7 oz cans tuna packed in water, drained( preferably solid white)

Directions
  1. Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and tabasco
  2. Gradually stir in tuna and mix until well blended
  3. pack in greased 4 cup mold or small bowl
  4. Chill at least 3 hours
  5. At serving time unmold on serving plate and surround with assorted crackers
