delicious banana ring

Ingredients
- 125g marg shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup mashed bananas shopping list
- 1/2 tspn vanilla ess shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tspn baking powd shopping list
- 1 tspn baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 tspn salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecan nuts chopped shopping list
- `1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tspn cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter and sugar
- beat in eggs,mashed bananas,vanilla and cream
- sift in dry ingred
- mix well
- spoon half batter into a ring tin
- sprinkle with nuts,sugar and cinnamon
- top with remaining batter
- bake at 180 degrees
- when cooled dust with icing sugar
- p.s. grated apples can also be used
