These brownie-like cookies are easy to make and very delicious!

Recent Gawkers
- 2 1/4 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 3/4 cup of Granulated Sugar (Whey Low)
- 3/4 cup of packed Brown Sugar (Whey Low)
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 sticks of slightly melted Butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 cups of semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grease a standard Cake Pan
- Sift and combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Sugars.
- Stir dry ingredients.
- Add Vanilla extract and Eggs.
- Beat with mixer until well blended.
- Stir in Chocolate Chips.
- Pour and spread evenly into Cake Pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Cut into 12 bars.

I used Why Low sugars for a lower calorie version. No one noticed a difference in taste.

You forgot to put adding the butter into the ingredients.
I am in the middle of making this right now and wondered why it was so dry. I thought maybe I had written it down wrong but there just wasn't butter in the directions.
I'll come back and let you know how they turn out :)

I finished making this a little while ago. It took about 30 minutes to cook. It is very soft and hard to take apart. Also a little salty and I could taste the flour (this may be a mistake on my part, I think my flour was a little old). Otherwise it is delicious!
